Fees

These are paid by the hour plus travelling expenses to and from the assignment.  

Standard rates

Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm.  There is a minimum payment of 3 hours per assignment.

Out of hours rates

Out of hours work is that which takes place between the hours of 6pm and 9am. It also includes any work on Saturday or Sunday.

Travelling expenses

These are paid at 40p per mile if travelling by car. Other travelling expenses (fares, parking, etc.) will be paid as incurred.

Payment

Payment of invoices must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Cancellation

For a cancellation with less than 7 days notice the full fee will be paid. For a cancellation between 7 to 14 days notice 50% of the fee will be paid.
